Requirements7
- 1Minimum 7+ years experience in construction project management
- 2Experience working in occupied multi family residential projects
- 3Thorough knowledge of construction process management techniques methods and materials
- 4Specialized knowledge of MEP specifically boiler systems for large scale multifamily buildings
- 5Bachelor’s degree in engineering construction or related field
- 6Proficiency with computers Microsoft Project Word Excel Outlook Timberline BlueBeam
- 7Certification such as CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
