Requirements9
- 117 years full-time paid project management experience
- 25 years managing large programs exceeding $50 million
- 35 years experience in educational facilities public works or commercial projects
- 4Design Build experience preferred
- 5LEED certification or CHPS experience preferred
- 6Certificate of Registration as an Architect or Professional Engineer required
- 7Ability to obtain CCM credential within one year of hire
- 820+ years construction or project management experience for alternative education path
- 9Valid CCM credential at time of application
