Requirements9

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering from a recognized institution
  • 2Minimum 8 years of full-time experience managing facilities design or capital projects
  • 3At least 4 years designing planning and construction of educational facilities
  • 4Experience with design contract administration cost estimating and scheduling
  • 5California-registered Architect or licensed Professional Engineer
  • 6Proven ability to lead cross-functional design teams
  • 7Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions
  • 8Familiarity with public sector project management practices
  • 9Commitment to safety and quality standards in design deliverables
