Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering from a recognized institution
- 2Minimum 8 years of full-time experience managing facilities design or capital projects
- 3At least 4 years designing planning and construction of educational facilities
- 4Experience with design contract administration cost estimating and scheduling
- 5California-registered Architect or licensed Professional Engineer
- 6Proven ability to lead cross-functional design teams
- 7Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- 8Familiarity with public sector project management practices
- 9Commitment to safety and quality standards in design deliverables
