What You'll Do8

  • 1Manage all phases of assigned projects, from pre-construction to close-out, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
  • 2Review design and pre-construction documents to mitigate risks and align with DSA, LEED, and BIM standards
  • 3Direct budgets, schedules, and reporting, forecasting costs and resource needs
  • 4Coordinate contractors, consultants, and district teams, resolving conflicts and driving progress
  • 5Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration with precision
  • 6Monitor safety and compliance with OSHA, CHPS, and district requirements on every jobsite
  • 7Lead project staffing, delegation, and priority management to hit milestones
  • 8Support close-out, certification, and financial completion, delivering final documentation

Requirements7

  • 110-15+ years in construction or project management, with 3-5 years on projects over $10M
  • 2Proven track record delivering commercial, public, or educational facilities
  • 3Expertise in contracts, scheduling, and construction processes
  • 4Strong leadership and team management skills, with stakeholder communication
  • 5Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent
  • 6CCM certification, or willingness to obtain within 1 year
  • 7Working knowledge of BIM, LEED, DSA, and OSHA standards
