What You'll Do20

  • 1Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • 2Manage project schedules budgets forecasts and overall performance
  • 3Direct and mentor Project Engineers Assistant Project Managers Coordinators and Superintendents
  • 4Lead owner architect contractor (OAC) and subcontractor meetings
  • 5Ensure coordination between field operations and project management teams
  • 6Maintain accountability for project budgets profitability and cost controls
  • 7Lead subcontractor buyout and contract negotiations
  • 8Manage project forecasting cash flow contingency tracking and cost-to-complete reporting
  • 9Review and approve subcontractor pay applications and change orders
  • 10Identify and mitigate project risks and financial exposure
  • 11Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • 12Build and maintain strong relationships with owners architects consultants and subcontractors
  • 13Communicate project status risks budgets and schedules effectively
  • 14Represent Howard CDM professionally in all interactions
  • 15Review negotiate and administer owner and subcontractor agreements
  • 16Manage RFIs submittals change orders and project documentation
  • 17Ensure compliance with applicable codes regulations and contract requirements
  • 18Support project safety initiatives and quality control efforts
  • 19Oversee punch list completion final inspections turnover documentation and warranty closeout
  • 20Ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons of experience
  • 3Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field
  • 4Minimum 10+ years of commercial construction experience
  • 5Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
  • 6Proven experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
  • 7Strong knowledge of budgeting forecasting scheduling contract administration and cost control
  • 8Experience leading and mentoring project teams
  • 9Proficiency in Procore Bluebeam Microsoft Office and other construction management software
  • 10Valid California Driver's License
  • 11Collaborative Team Environment
