What You'll Do5
- 1Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
- 2Manage schedules inspections and materials to keep projects on track
- 3Oversee jobsite safety ensuring compliance and proactive hazard prevention
- 4Maintain strong relationships with clients subcontractors suppliers and internal team
- 5Collaborate closely with Project Managers to achieve project goals
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred or 5+ years superintendent experience
- 2Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- 3Excellent communication skills
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office Microsoft Project Procore and Bluebeam
- 5Knowledge of commercial construction practices and California contractor’s license law
- 6OSHA 30 Certification preferred
- 7Valid California Driver’s License
