Senior Project Manager, Commercial Real Estate Delivery
Overview
Own and lead commercial real estate projects from planning through occupancy for clients at scale. You will coordinate architecture engineering furniture AV IT low-voltage security signage and move management across multiple stakeholders and vendors. You will drive integrated project delivery and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build project structure and accountability plans across design construction and occupancy
- 2Lead client and project-team meetings and communicate status risks and decisions
- 3Coordinate architecture engineering furniture AV IT low-voltage security signage and move management
- 4Manage design construction RFIs submittals change orders and closeout to ensure on-time delivery
- 5Drive build-to-suit or tenant-improvement projects from due diligence through occupancy and turnover
- 6Oversee budget development cost management and master scheduling for complex CRE projects
- 7Monitor progress coordinate landlords developers and vendors and resolve conflicts
- 8Conduct site visits and construction meetings and ensure alignment with client objectives
- 9Manage commissioning turnover and final closeout
- 10Ensure integrated project delivery with all scopes working as one team
Requirements9
- 17+ years of experience in commercial real estate project management or related field
- 2Experience independently leading projects from planning through occupancy
- 3Strong knowledge of commercial design construction and project delivery processes
- 4Experience coordinating architects engineers general contractors developers landlords consultants and specialty vendors
- 5Experience managing comprehensive project budgets and integrated master schedules
- 6Experience with RFIs submittals change orders pay applications procurement bidding punch lists commissioning and closeout
- 7Ability to read architectural and engineering documents
- 8Excellent client facing communication and relationship management skills
- 9Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Architecture Engineering Real Estate or related field
