Senior Product Designer, AI-Powered Unified CX Platform
Overview
As a Senior Product Designer you’ll own end-to-end design across desktop and mobile for Nextiva’s Unified Customer Experience platform. You’ll lead discovery through delivery for onboarding, AI-powered capabilities, conversations, and administration at scale. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering, rapidly prototype, and shape product direction with a focus on measurable impact. This role emphasizes collaboration, AI-enabled workflows, and a design system that drives consistency across products.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery for desktop and mobile experiences
- 2Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to challenge assumptions and define the best solution
- 3Engage directly with customers to translate insights into product decisions and improved experiences
- 4Create user flows, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs across multiple domains
- 5Design onboarding, e-commerce, AI features, administration, conversations, and platform initiatives as priorities evolve
- 6Build high-fidelity prototypes using AI-assisted workflows to validate ideas with customers
- 7Collaborate with Engineering to review AI-generated frontend implementations and refine production code
- 8Evolve Nextiva's design system and reusable components to ensure consistency
- 9Leverage research, analytics, experimentation, and usability testing to improve outcomes
- 10Communicate design thinking clearly to stakeholders and lead design conversations
Requirements10
- 16+ years of experience designing digital products in SaaS or enterprise software
- 2Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, visual design, accessibility, and measurable impact
- 3Proven experience leading complex product initiatives from discovery through implementation
- 4Experience designing production-ready experiences across desktop, mobile, and responsive environments
- 5Experience building and evolving scalable design systems and libraries
- 6Strong user-centered design, information architecture, usability testing, and data-informed design
- 7Experience partnering with software engineers throughout implementation and delivery
- 8Proficiency with AI-powered design and development tools to accelerate design and frontend implementation
- 9Understanding of HTML, CSS, modern frontend frameworks, and design systems
- 10Self-directed and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
