Senior Product Manager, Design Tools & Collaboration
Overview
Own the strategy and roadmap for design tools that empower creators at a high-growth SaaS company. You'll lead cross-functional teams to ship AI-enabled collaboration features used by thousands of designers. Work closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Research to translate user insights into measurable outcomes. What You'll Do7
- 1Define product strategy for design tools and collaboration experiences, including roadmap planning and prioritization.
- 2Partner with Product Design and Engineering to discover opportunities and deliver user-centered solutions.
- 3Lead user research and discovery to translate insights into product vision and success metrics.
- 4Collaborate with Data teams to analyze usage patterns and drive data-informed decisions.
- 5Align stakeholders across Design, Engineering, and Leadership on priorities and trade-offs.
- 6Drive execution of AI-enabled features that enhance creativity and productivity.
- 7Champion design excellence, usability, and innovation in every release.
Requirements7
- 17+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, collaboration, or creative software.
- 2Proven record of owning product strategy for customer-facing products at scale.
- 3Experience working directly with Product Design and Engineering teams.
- 4Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and discovery methods.
- 5Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex initiatives.
- 6Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with technical and creative teams.
- 7Passion for building tools that enable creation, collaboration, and productivity.
Salary Insight
$220 - $300k per year
