What You'll Do11
- 1Partner with Design Product and Engineering to craft business-impacting experiences
- 2Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity visuals for new and existing features
- 3Build functional front-to-back prototypes using AI coding tools as core workflow
- 4Push full-stack code prototypes using HTML/CSS/JS Python or similar technologies
- 5Operate in real dev environment with git workflows and collaborate with engineers
- 6Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs are user-centered
- 7Contribute to consistent accessible design system
- 8Work from San Francisco office at least four days weekly
- 9Design generative product experiences from concept to coded prototype
- 10Demonstrate proficiency with Figma Claude Design and AI coding assistants
- 11Communicate design decisions clearly through storytelling and presentations

- 15+ years designing digital products in startup or SaaS environments
- 2Strong portfolio showcasing real UX and visual design judgment
- 3Proficiency with design tools like Figma and Claude Design
- 4Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
