Senior UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, FinTech & Design Systems
Overview
Bold UI/UX/Product design lead to own end-to-end product design for brand-new digital offerings at scale. You will help found a Design organization, shape discovery, and drive launch for web and mobile products. You’ll partner with Product from discovery through validation, prototype, and delivery. This role blends startup agility with enterprise support and offers ownership over design systems and processes.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build the end-to-end UI/UX for brand-new digital products from discovery to launch and iteration
- 2Partner with Product to frame customer problems, validate hypotheses, and determine concepts to advance
- 3Conduct external user research including customer interviews and usability tests
- 4Design sophisticated digital products across web and mobile platforms
- 5Create user journeys, IA, wireframes, interactive prototypes, visual designs, and detailed specs for Engineering
- 6Establish and evolve a design system from scratch that scales across products
- 7Use qualitative and quantitative data to validate design decisions and measure success
- 8Present concepts and recommendations to senior leadership with clear rationale
- 9Incorporate AI-enabled design practices into rapid prototyping, research synthesis, and workflow acceleration
- 10Help define Design processes, tools, and best practices as the team grows
Requirements10
- 15+ years of professional UI/UX, Product Design, or digital product design experience
- 2Proven 0-to-1 product design experience from discovery through launch
- 3Portfolio showing complex web and/or mobile applications
- 4Experience creating or establishing a design system from scratch
- 5Hands-on customer research experience
- 6Strong capabilities across UX and UI including discovery, journeys, wireframes, prototyping, usability testing, and visual design
- 7Experience using metrics to evaluate and validate designs
- 8Experience partnering with Product Managers throughout discovery and development
- 9Executive presence with ability to defend design decisions with senior leadership
- 10Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work with evolving processes and solutions

$125 - $155k per year
