What You'll Do10
- 1Design modern responsive web and mobile experiences in Figma
- 2Collaborate with engineers to translate designs into production experiences and resolve tradeoffs
- 3Rethink enterprise workflows from first principles rather than reskinning screens
- 4Conduct lightweight discovery, user interviews, workflow observation, and usability testing
- 5Iterate using feedback, product analytics, operational outcomes, and technical constraints
- 6Contribute to an evolving design system and establish new patterns when needed
- 7Stay current on AI-assisted design tools and conversational interaction patterns
- 8Present designs and decisions using collaboration tools and collect feedback
- 9Prototype interaction ideas using AI tools to accelerate research
- 10Partner with product leaders and engineers to deliver polished interfaces and specs
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s Degree in CS or Engineering or comparable technical degree
- 22+ years of UI/UX or product-design experience
- 3Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving
- 4Proficiency in Figma including components and prototyping
- 5Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Copilot or comparable tools
