Overview

Lead security-focused technical programs for Autodesk’s FedRAMP and Public Sector cloud initiatives. Report to Senior Director of Information Security Engineering. Coordinate cross-functional execution across security compliance engineering infrastructure operations and product teams to deliver secure compliant operational cloud services for regulated environments. Independent senior individual contributor role operating remotely within North America with optional on-site options in major cities. Requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency.

What You'll Do19

  • 1Coordinate strategic security programs for FedRAMP and Public Sector cloud initiatives including planning execution dependency management risk management and leadership reporting
  • 2Translate FedRAMP Public Sector cloud security compliance and operational-readiness requirements into actionable engineering plans and measurable program outcomes
  • 3Establish and maintain program operating models including RACIs decision forums execution cadences escalation paths and stakeholder communication mechanisms
  • 4Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering security compliance infrastructure operations product and legal teams
  • 5Maintain trusted systems of record across Jira Confluence dashboards and reporting tools ensuring clear owners due dates status blockers and dependencies
  • 6Identify and manage technical compliance organizational and schedule risks escalating with clear options tradeoffs and recommendations
  • 7Facilitate senior-level decision-making across complex technical and regulatory topics including service onboarding identity and access management third-party services operational readiness and secure cloud delivery
  • 8Create scalable program mechanisms supporting FedRAMP execution while extending to broader Public Sector requirements over time
  • 9Coach and guide other TPMs workstream leads and partner teams on effective regulated-cloud program execution
  • 10Minimum qualifications include 12+ years bachelor's 10+ master's or equivalent practical experience 10+ years leading complex technical initiatives 5+ years leading high-impact cross-functional programs
  • 11Demonstrated security leadership translating cloud security compliance and risk requirements into executable engineering programs across IAM vulnerability management secure SDLC incident response logging monitoring change management privileged access encryption and controls
  • 12Working knowledge of FedRAMP NIST 800-53 RMF cloud security regulated SaaS and similar frameworks
  • 13Strong technical fluency in cloud platforms SaaS architecture IAM service onboarding secure SDLC operational readiness and incident change management
  • 14Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills influencing senior leaders and technical teams without direct authority
  • 15Preferred FedRAMP authorization programs continuous monitoring audit readiness control implementation POA&M remediation tracking or federal cloud operations
  • 16Experience with AWS GovCloud Azure Government DoD IL CMMC ITAR StateRAMP IRAP Cyber Essentials Plus and similar Public Sector requirements
  • 17Proficiency with Jira Confluence dashboards GRC tools and evidence repositories for enterprise-scale programs
  • 18Leadership in regulated-cloud service onboarding platform modernization regionalization identity security modernization or operational-readiness programs
  • 19Certifications such as CISSP PMP PgMP CSM SAFe CEH CRISC are helpful but not required
