Overview
Lead ownership of UiPath US public sector compliance portfolio driving strategy execution across FedRAMP HIGH CMMC IL5 CJIS GovRAMP and other state obligations. Transform ambiguous high-stakes public sector requirements into actionable plans and coordinate across engineering compliance and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do9
- 1Own technical roadmap for expanding UiPath product footprint under Public Sector umbrella translating complex public sector requirements into engineering and compliance workstreams
- 2Own relationship between internal engineering teams and external stakeholders designing solutions that proactively reduce compliance overhead
- 3Own key technical workstreams supporting public sector compliance team evaluating strengthening processes procedures operating environment and people readiness across audits assessments and regulatory initiatives
- 4Coordinate with GRC engineering function to automate manual processes such as POAM and promote continuous monitoring across infrastructure
- 5Support international compliance obligations such as ISMAP IRAP
- 6Drive outcomes with distributed teams across time zones bringing people along and using judgment to lead or defer
- 7Manage Plan of Action and Milestones program for large complex environments
- 8Direct FedRAMP significant change request process from initiation through closure
- 9Collaborate with DoD intelligence and government contractors
Requirements5
- 1U.S. Citizenship required
- 26-8 years owning implementation of technical requirements continuous monitoring and external audits within U.S. public sector frameworks such as FedRAMP HIGH CMMC
- 3Proven track record owning Plan of Action and Milestones program for large complex environments
- 4Direct experience driving FedRAMP significant change request process from initiation through closure
- 5Record of driving outcomes with distributed teams across time zones demonstrating collaboration skills and judgment
Salary Insight
$192 - $240k per year
