- 3Execute production processes following quality guidelines and report variations promptly
- 4Understand and adhere to daily production schedules
- 5Optimize production rates while ensuring optimal output
- 6Set up materials and prepare equipment before batch processes
- 7Assist with SAP order confirmations returns and material requisitions
- 8Perform batch making packaging product setups and changeovers under supervision
- 9Operate and maintain equipment following best practices and support preventive maintenance
- 10Guide train new and temporary staff and collaborate with teams
- 11Lead continuous improvement efforts as directed by management
- 12Execute additional projects based on business needs
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Approximately 1 year operator experience or equivalent manufacturing background
- 3Ability to read write speak and comprehend English
- 4Strong math skills including fractions decimals and percentages
- 5Experience developing process expertise for troubleshooting
- 6Excellent attendance record
- 7Flexibility for any shift overtime as required
- 8Self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills
- 9Certification in CPC Card preferred
- 10Knowledge of Spark and Airflow for ETL pipeline development
- 11Forklift operation certification
