What You'll Do11
- 1Operating manual production machinery and equipment
- 2Reading and interpreting job orders diagrams and blue prints to select position and secure machinery and materials
- 3Loading unloading lifting and moving materials using lifting equipment
- 4Completing electronic processes and paperwork including bar-coding checklists stamping blue prints shipping receiving documents accessory lists and scanning materials
- 5Performing pre-shift preventative maintenance
- 6Maintaining departmental housekeeping and 5S standards
- 7Standing walking on concrete for full workday bending stooping kneeling and crouching
- 8Lifting carrying 50lbs along and over 50lbs with assistance
- 9Climbing balancing using hands to reach handle and feel
- 10Visually inspecting products and applying manual dexterity for tool usage
- 11Working in non-temperature-controlled environment wearing required PPE
Requirements7
- 1GED or High School Diploma preferred
- 2Less than one year experience in construction or manufacturing
- 3Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints
- 4Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- 5Ability to read a tape measure
- 6Ability to read speak and understand English
- 7Proven experience demonstrating safe and effective operation of required equipment
