- 1Develop and maintain cost-effective recruitment processes partnering with hiring managers to create selection criteria and job requisitions

- 3Administer full-cycle personnel transactions including terminations and performance reviews
- 4Manage benefits administration and address employee benefit inquiries
- 5Coordinate training programs and maintain learning records
- 6Prepare affirmative action documentation and handle workers compensation reporting
- 7Conduct exit interviews and manage employee separations
- 8Supervise plant HR staff and oversee payroll functions
- 9Monitor attendance policies and facilitate employee engagement events
- 10Collaborate with EHS on safety initiatives and compliance
- 11Represent Sika in legal matters related to labor relations
Requirements10
- 15+ years leading HR functions in manufacturing environments
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 3AWS Certified cloud architecture knowledge
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 55-7 years progressive leadership experience
- 6Proficiency with Workday and SAP systems
- 7Strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
- 8Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- 9Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- 10Demonstrated track record of improving employee retention
