What You'll Do11
- 1Lead and manage recruitment onboarding training performance evaluation and employee development
- 2Develop and update HR policies to ensure compliance with employment regulations
- 3Serve as trusted advisor to management on HR matters conflict resolution and workforce planning
- 4Drive employee engagement DEI programs and cultivate positive workplace culture
- 5Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform leadership decisions
- 6Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace grievances
- 7Coordinate with vendors and legal counsel to support HR operations
- 8Implement ADP systems and data analytics tools for HR management
- 9Manage PPE requirements and safety protocols for various work environments
- 10Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and hazardous material handling procedures
- 11Facilitate diversity equity and inclusion initiatives across multi-state workforce
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 2At least 5 years progressive HR management experience
- 3Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices
- 4Excellent communication interpersonal skills
- 5Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools
- 6Master’s degree preferred in HR Management Organizational Development or related discipline
- 7Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR/SPHR
- 8Experience in multi-state environment with diverse workforce
- 9Demonstrated success leading DEI initiatives
- 10Ability to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodation
Salary Insight
$120 - $135k per year
