What You'll Do8
- 1Build and lead a diverse team of Supervisors across 3 sites to achieve safety, productivity and accuracy targets
- 2Design and implement efficient workflows and labor plans to improve throughput and reduce costs while standardizing processes across locations
- 3Drive compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of heightened safety awareness
- 4Compile and present KPI reports on productivity accuracy and other metrics to inform decision making and continuous improvement
- 5Partner with HR and site leaders to recruit supervise and develop top talent and ensure alignment with values and culture
- 6Collaborate with cross functional teams to fulfill customer orders consistently and exceed expectations
- 7Engage with customers to address issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- 8Hone P&L awareness project management and objective setting to support business outcomes
Requirements4
- 1Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 21+ years logistics industry experience required
- 32+ years of supervisory or management experience required
- 4Experience with P&L management objective setting and project management preferred
Salary Insight
$85 - $110k per year
