Overview
Own inventory accuracy and team workflow in a first shift warehouse role at DHL Supply Chain. You will supervise staff, assign tasks, and help drive cycle counts and receiving accuracy at scale. This is a working-lead position partnering with a supervisor to ensure quality and safety standards. What You'll Do9
- 1Lead and coordinate daily tasks and shift schedules for warehouse staff
- 2Train new employees and support cross-training efforts
- 3Ensure accurate receiving of goods and perform cycle counts
- 4Monitor and improve inventory integrity and reporting
- 5Operate and assist with stand-up material handling equipment and other equipment as needed
- 6Act as initial point of contact for associates and provide constructive feedback
- 7Assist the Supervisor to ensure highest customer standards
- 8Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records and reports
- 9Support workflow planning for Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, and Shipping areas
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 26 months warehousing and inventory experience
- 3Working knowledge of SAP inventory system
- 41 year inventory control experience including cycle count and discrepancy reporting
- 56 months experience operating stand-up material handling equipment
