Cycle Counter, Warehouse Inventory & 2nd Shift (DHL)
Overview
Cycle Counter role focused on accurate inventory counting and alignment with warehouse procedures at a major logistics site. You will maintain stock levels, process adjustments, and support inventory integrity for inbound and outbound operations. This onsite position operates on a 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday, at DHL Supply Chain in Phoenix, AZ.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system
- 2Count and verify product quantities for inbound and outbound freight to ensure on time, complete customer orders
- 3Process adjustments for overages, shorts, damaged, or defective product per policy and update records
- 4Research inventory location problems and shipping errors to validate data and resolve discrepancies
- 5Support audit readiness by maintaining organized documentation and following safety rules and work instructions
- 6Communicate inventory issues and progress to management and collaborate on corrective actions
- 7Perform clerical tasks such as filing invoices, organizing documentation, and maintaining records as assigned by supervisor
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 20-6 months warehousing or material handling experience preferred
- 3Ability to perform routine clerical tasks and maintain audit ready records
- 4Safety awareness and compliance in warehouse environment
- 5Customer service orientation and knowledge of warehouse operations
- 6Onsite availability for 2nd shift 2:30PM-11:00PM Monday to Friday
