Forklift Operator, DHL Supply Chain & Onsite Phoenix
Overview
Operate forklifts to move materials within a fast paced warehouse at DHL Supply Chain in Phoenix. This role supports shipping receiving and inventory tasks while maintaining safety standards. You will work on a 2nd shift 2:30pm 11:00pm Monday Friday and earn a competitive hourly rate.
What You'll Do6
- 1Move stock within the warehouse using forklift types to support shipping receiving and inventory goals
- 2Load unload and position goods for shipment while ensuring accuracy and safety
- 3Inspect equipment daily and perform routine maintenance or battery changes as needed
- 4Maintain accurate records for inventory control and document variances
- 5Assist in physical inventories and keep the work area clean and orderly
- 6Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to coordinate tasks
Requirements5
- 1Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift training within 30 days
- 2High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- 3Six months warehouse experience preferred
- 4Six months forklift operation experience preferred
- 5Ability to operate various forklift types including sit down stand up and electric pallet jacks
