Warehouse Driver, Onsite Phoenix & Warehouse Operations
Overview
Own delivery and warehouse operations at scale in an onsite Phoenix role. You will manage inventory, prepare shipments, operate equipment, and deliver materials to clients ensuring timely, accurate, and courteous service. This role blends hands-on warehouse work with customer-facing deliveries, emphasizing safety and efficiency. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on reliability and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems to track stock levels
- 2Pack and ship orders with precision ensuring correct items and quantities
- 3Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload goods safely
- 4Handle material movement and handloading with attention to handling procedures
- 5Maintain organized spaces and optimize delivery schedules in collaboration with the office team
- 6Prepare packing slips and process shipments through QuickBooks
- 7Deliver materials to client locations and ensure condition on arrival
- 8Provide courteous customer service during deliveries and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- 9Communicate delays or issues promptly to supervisors and adjust plans accordingly
- 10Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all operations
Requirements10
- 1Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Valid driver`s license with a clean driving record
- 4Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- 5Prior experience with courier services is a plus
- 6Good knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
- 7Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform manual material handling
- 8Proficiency in warehouse management and safe operation of equipment
- 9Strong time management and organizational skills
- 10Excellent communication and customer service skills
