Materials Coordinator, DHL Supply Chain & SAP Logistics
Overview
Own inventory maintenance and material movement within a clean room environment at night for a global logistics leader. You will handle inbound and outbound shipments, update SAP-based trackers, and ensure accurate handoffs to engineers and customers. This role sits on the night shift in Phoenix, requiring strict adherence to shipping, labeling, and safety standards. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain accurate inventory records in SAP or similar systems
- 2Receive deliveries, update trackers, and ensure 100% accountability of material requests
- 3Facilitate movement of material for engineering use and return flow to onsite storage
- 4Track material flow through designated software, websites, or email and report to customers
- 5Ensure pull-lists, proofs of delivery, and receipts align with customer orders
- 6Operate dock activities safely and support material handling using MHE and power tools
- 7Perform daily material staging, returns, and system work area organization
- 8Prepare materials for return with proper identification, packaging, and documentation
- 9Conduct cycle counts and expedite urgent material needs to appropriate work areas
- 10Comply with ESD requirements and clean-room protocols during counting, packing, and movement
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 20-1 years experience in data entry and/or dispatch
- 3Ability to work night shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Wednesday-Saturday alternating Saturdays
- 4Experience with receiving, packaging, and ship/recieve logs
- 5Comfort working in a clean-room environment and wearing a bunny suit
