Inventory Control Analyst at DHL Supply Chain
Overview
Own inventory accuracy and variance analysis within an eCommerce Fulfillment Center at scale. Partner with Operations leadership to monitor SLAs and KPIs, drive root cause investigations, and deliver actionable insights. Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize inventory processes and reporting. This role stands out through hands on systemic understanding of warehouse flows and contract performance.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and analyze inventory metrics to improve accuracy and reduce aged inventory
- 2Design and monitor variance root cause analysis across WM and customer host systems
- 3Lead reporting to site leadership on SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements
- 4Own cross functional remediation of process failures and aged inventory items
- 5Ship insights that influence operational decisions and inventory control improvements
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent 4 years experience
- 2Some knowledge of inventory control or reporting & analysis, preferred
- 3Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc., required
- 4Experience with inventory reporting and analytics in a fulfillment or warehouse setting
- 5Ability to communicate findings to auditors and regulatory teams
