What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain accurate inventory records across all divisions SAP Oracle and automated systems
- 2Design and conduct daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure 99.5% accuracy
- 3Diagnose inventory problems electronically and implement fixes with measurable reductions in discrepancies
- 4Develop new procedures to improve efficiency and enable automated processes while adapting to business changes
- 5Balance inventory across divisions through advanced inventory systems and data-driven decisions
- 6Review and audit inventory reports to ensure integrity and compliance with policies
- 7Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best-in-class inventory management practices
- 8Lead initiatives to forecast, plan, and control inventory with a focus on continuous improvement
- 9Utilize data visualization tools to report on inventory performance and opportunities for optimization
- 10Drive process improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED required with Associates preferred
- 2Proficiency in SAP Oracle or other specialized inventory systems
- 3Ability to analyze data with Excel SQL or data visualization software
- 4Understanding of supply chain concepts including Just-In-Time JIT
- 5Experience with Lean or Six Sigma process improvement techniques
- 6Minimum of 3 years in supply chain logistics or warehouse environments
- 7Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- 8Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 9Good attention to detail and time management
