Lead and manage workflow and duty allocation for team members within a department including Put-Away Inventory Receiving Shipping Pack-out Staging Order Selecting. This is a working-lead role where you work alongside your team while being the initial point of contact for associates.

- 1Lead and manage workflow and duty allocation for team members within a department including Put-Away Inventory Receiving Shipping Pack-out Staging Order Selecting
- 2Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to work group
- 3Conduct training for new associates
- 4Maintain legible and accurate records or logs
- 5Monitor performance of associates within the work group
- 6Open and/or close and secure the building as directed
- 7Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected
- 8Communicate work practices procedures and methods to associates
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 3+ years in a progressive role within supply chain logistics warehouse or distribution as a Team Lead Workflow Planner or similar role
- 2Experience operating stand-up material handling equipment including Order Picker Reach Truck Stand-up Order Picker and Reach Truck
- 3Experience with Forklift Operation
- 4High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 5Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
