Overview

Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive Sales Training strategy for COMP360 and future therapies in a hybrid New York City or East Coast remote setup. Drive field readiness across Sales, Marketing, MSLs, and commercial teams with compliant, high impact training content. Collaborate with Commercial Training, Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and external partners to accelerate launch readiness and ongoing capability development. Bring deep interventional psychiatry context and a passion for scalable training programs that unlock provider engagement.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and execute pre-launch, launch, and post-launch Sales Training strategies for COMP360 and future assets
  • 2Design onboarding curricula and national regional meeting training content to accelerate field readiness
  • 3Own role-specific training curricula and ensure alignment with disease state, product messaging, and compliance
  • 4Partner with Marketing and Medical Affairs to maintain accurate, compliant training content
  • 5Develop scalable training infrastructure including learning pathways, certification programs, and onboarding frameworks
  • 6Collaborate with Commercial Training, Commercial Operations, and Analytics to define and monitor training effectiveness metrics
  • 7Manage external vendors, LMS platforms, and budgets
  • 8Contribute to instructional design, platform management, and coordination of training events and initiatives
  • 9Ensure training content translates complex scientific and clinical concepts into actionable materials for diverse field roles
  • 10Support launch readiness and ongoing capability development across the commercial organization

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Education, or related field
  • 22-3+ years of experience in Sales Training within pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
  • 3Experience contributing to or leading launch training for specialty or complex therapies
  • 4Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models including sales, medical, market access, and patient support roles
  • 5Experience with interventional or specialty psychiatry products is a significant plus
  • 6Familiarity with TRD, referral-based care models, and site-of-care dynamics preferred
  • 7Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • 8Experience managing vendors and learning platforms such as an LMS
  • 9Ability to collaborate across functions and influence cross-team projects
  • 10Willingness to hybrid work model in NYC or remote East Coast regions
