Sr. Manager Immunology Training Specialist, Dermatology
Overview
Incyte Corporation seeks a Sr. Manager Immunology Training Specialist to own and drive commercial training for the Dermatology field force. You will build and deliver curricula that equip Dermatology Therapeutic Specialists to excel on disease state, clinical, strategic, and selling skills. Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Field Sales Management, and Medical to align training with corporate strategy. This role travels 50-75% and shapes launch readiness for new indications. You will lead new hire onboarding and coordinate regional trainer activities, making a direct impact on field performance.
What You'll Do9
- 1Own the New Hire Home Study process, including schedules, coaching calls, and assessments to ensure readiness.
- 2Design and deliver training curriculum covering disease state, clinical, strategic, and skill-based content using MS PowerPoint and Webex.
- 3Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for groups of varied sizes, adapting to learner needs.
- 4Partner with Dermatology Business Directors to conduct field rides and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
- 5Coordinate Regional Trainer activities and execute regional training in collaboration with leadership.
- 6Lead training workshops at National and Regional Sales Meetings.
- 7Manage training vendors and content through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review process.
- 8Collaborate with Commercial Training team to design and execute launch training for line extensions.
- 9Build metrics with the Director to measure training effectiveness and adjust programs.
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 25+ years in pharmaceutical sales or training, with dermatology experience preferred.
- 3Proven success in selling and coaching others on effective execution.
- 4Strong facilitation and presentation skills for live and virtual audiences.
- 5Ability to travel 50-75% within assigned regions and to the Home Office.
- 6Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Webex, and LMS.
- 7Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- 8Experience in cross-functional and matrix environments, working with Marketing and Medical teams.
- 9Self-motivated with leadership skills and high professionalism.
- 10Knowledge of small molecule or biologics therapeutics preferred.
