  • 10Maintain scientific presence through publications presentations and thought leadership in immunology

Requirements11

  • 1Doctorate degree and 5 years of immunology discovery research experience
  • 2Master’s degree and 9 years of immunology discovery research experience
  • 3Bachelor’s degree and 11 years of immunology discovery research experience
  • 4At least 5 years direct people management or leadership experience
  • 5PhD or MD preferred with specialization in immunology or related disciplines
  • 6Extensive team leadership experience including project teams or PTL roles
  • 7Immunology research credentials with demonstrated success in target identification and drug hunting
  • 8Track record of publishing in immunology and inflammation fields
  • 9Ability to connect tissue disease pathobiology with clinical unmet needs
  • 10Experience recruiting retaining developing top scientific talent
  • 11Strong mentorship and career development skills
