Senior Implementation Manager, Healthcare IT & Surgical OR Deployments
Overview
Lead multi-site deployments of AssistIQ platform across surgical suites and procedural areas, owning end-to-end implementation from discovery to go-live and stabilization. Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and measurable value. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and own end-to-end implementation for single or multi-site deployments from discovery through go-live and stabilization Surgical OR and procedural environments experiences preferred
- 2Serve as on-site leader during critical phases of implementation, representing AssistIQ and delivering high-quality customer experiences face of AssistIQ
- 3Identify product gaps and communicate risks to customers and internal teams, translating field insights into actionable feedback Product prioritization
- 4Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback, influencing feature development and roadmap alignment product feedback
- 5Identify and escalate risks to scope or timeline in a timely manner risk management
- 6Build and maintain relationships with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders stakeholder communication
- 7Complete on-site end-user training and ensure end-user acceptance training
- 8Ensure smooth transition to customer success post go-live handoff
- 9Continuously improve implementation processes by refining playbooks and training materials standardization scalability
- 10Partner with Product to drive post go-live improvements and understand strategic impact of feature requests product feedback
Requirements8
- 13+ years leading software and/or hardware implementations in healthcare IT 3+ years healthcare IT
- 2Experience in Surgical ORs and/or procedural environments (e.g., Cath Lab, IR, Endoscopy) with understanding of clinical workflows Surgical OR
- 3Ability to manage key project stakeholders and provide updates to internal and customer teams stakeholder management
- 4Experience mentoring or leading team members in formal or informal capacity leadership
- 5Experience supporting pre and post go-live and transitioning to customer success teams go-live
- 6Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and project management skills problem solving project management
- 7Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and time management skills communication time management
- 8Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel >50% travel
