What You'll Do10
- 1Build and manage end-to-end implementations from discovery to live deployment across multiple sites
- 2Partner with product to translate customer needs into actionable deliverables and enhancements
- 3Lead on-site discovery, demos, training, and post go-live user acceptance testing with clinical and administrative stakeholders
- 4Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities during implementation and escalate appropriately
- 5Maintain transparent communication with customers through progress reporting and milestone reviews
- 6Refine playbooks, training materials, and processes for scalability and consistency across customers
- 7Act as boots on the ground to gather product feedback and inform roadmap
- 8Coordinate transitions to customer success team post go-live and ensure smooth handoff
- 9Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodologies leveraging customer feedback
- 10Travel to customer sites (55%+) and manage diverse stakeholder relationships across ORs and procedures
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare IT or related field
- 255%+ travel requirement and valid driver’s license
- 3Experience leading software or hardware implementations in healthcare IT or related domain
- 4Experience engaging with clinical teams (nurses, physicians) and administrative stakeholders
- 5Strong project management, prioritization, and communication skills
- 6Ability to synthesize information quickly and drive changes across teams
- 7Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver on timelines
- 8Excellent interpersonal skills and professional integrity
- 9Healthcare IT experience including OR or procedure room environments is a plus
- 10Customer-focused mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
