Overview
Own end to end deployments for specialty providers from kickoff to go-live and post-launch adoption. Lead AI-enabled healthcare operations that shorten admin work and improve patient care. Collaborate with provider teams to map workflows, train staff, and drive adoption at scale. The role blends project leadership, customer-facing work, and playbook creation to enable rapid, repeatable deployments.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and own the rollout for each new customer from kickoff through go-live and post-launch adoption.
- 2Design workflows with provider teams for referrals, prior authorizations, and appeals to ensure live agents are used effectively.
- 3Lead onboarding and training to ensure staff trust and adoption of AI-enabled processes.
- 4Maintain relationships post go-live, monitor adoption, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvements for expansion.
- 5Systematize deployment processes into scalable playbooks used across the company.
Requirements5
- 1Previous experience running complex operational deployments in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent settings
- 2Ability to map client workflows and drive process change with clinical and administrative staff
- 3Comfort representing the company to customers from day one and owning the customer experience
- 4Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and a demonstrated willingness to learn quickly
- 5Desire for ownership over full deployments and accountability for outcomes
