What You'll Do10
- 1Lead client relationships during implementation and manage stakeholder alignment through go-live
- 2Oversee end-to-end deployments including planning, configuration, testing, training, and risk mitigation
- 3Use KPI data to demonstrate ROI and inform customer expansion strategies
- 4Collaborate with Commercial team to upsell and cross-sell products to established customers
- 5Develop scalable customer-success frameworks and role-based materials to support onboarding and adoption
- 6Drive adoption and retention by translating complex workflows into repeatable processes
- 7Create and refine SOPs and playbooks for partner success
- 8Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure measurable impact
- 9Provide proactive risk management and clear progress updates to executives
- 10Influence go-to-market decisions with customer insights and ROI metrics
Requirements5
- 15 to 7 years of experience in healthcare settings including provider, payer, or healthcare technology environments
- 24+ years of experience leading healthcare IT or SaaS implementations with direct ownership of delivery
- 3Proven track record scaling complex multi-stakeholder implementations and delivering quantifiable results
- 4Exposure to customer-support workflows and tools to bridge implementation and ongoing support
- 5Previous startup experience preferred
