Implementation Manager, Healthcare IT & Deployment
Overview
Lead the deployment of AssistIQ software across hospital surgical suites and procedural areas at scale. Own the implementation from discovery to live deployment, partnering with clinical and administrative stakeholders to ensure fast, reliable adoption. Collaborate with product, training, and customer success to drive standardization and scalable onboarding. This role thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and values strong relationship building, risk management, and clear communication.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain relationships with end users and stakeholders across on-site clinical teams IT and administration
- 2Complete on-site discovery meetings and product demos to identify needs and opportunities
- 3Identify product gaps risks to the implementation plan and partner with Product to address them
- 4Deliver on-site training for end users and achieve acceptance testing
- 5Provide ongoing project updates to stakeholders and escalate risks to scope or timeline
- 6Ensure smooth transition to Customer Success post go-live and maintain visibility into progress via reporting
- 7Lead post go-live user acceptance testing and relay feedback for improvements
- 8Evolve training materials and standardize implementation playbooks for scalability
- 9Advocate for product improvements by gathering feedback and communicating strategic impact
- 10Manage multiple healthcare IT implementations with various training requirements and stakeholder sets
Requirements10
- 1Ability to travel 55 percent or more
- 2Experience leading software or hardware implementations in healthcare IT with multiple end user types
- 3Strong stakeholder management and project tracking skills
- 4Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 5Experience with pre and post go-live support and transition to customer success
- 6Background in ORs or procedure rooms is advantageous but not required
- 7Current driver’s license
- 8Demonstrated problem solving prioritization and project management abilities
- 9Comfort working across clinical and administrative teams
- 10Willingness to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
