Deployment Manager, Customer Onboarding & Technical Solutions
Overview
You own enterprise customer onboarding from deal close to go-live, managing complex migrations for 20,000+ companies including Anthropic, Microsoft, and Coinbase. Working with a small team of 65, you'll drive technical solutions, ensure seamless implementation, and lay the foundation for AI credit usage and renewals. This role uniquely blends hands-on technical work with customer-facing leadership, offering direct impact on company growth.
What You'll Do6
- 1Enforce post-sales engagement model, defining clear scope and boundaries for every enterprise deal before kick-off.
- 2Validate services scope, timeline commitments, complexity signals, and migration readiness.
- 3Ensure each enterprise go-live increases AI credit usage, renewals, and expansions.
- 4Own customer onboarding from deal close to go-live execution and first 14 days post-launch.
- 5Resolve customer technical concerns related to platform capabilities.
- 6Maintain quality bar for migration completion, engaging hands-on when vendors miss expectations.
Requirements5
- 1Experience managing 10+ competing priorities with strong project management skills.
- 2Comfortable using GitHub and writing code, with clear technical thinking and debugging skills.
- 3Built non-trivial AI automations to accomplish tasks faster.
- 4Track record of live customer calls, or strong motivation to move career in that direction.
- 5Ownership mentality, minimal oversight, and continuous process improvement.
