- 10Assess financial dynamics and negotiate vendor relationships responsibly.
- 11Coach and develop direct reports to enhance performance and achieve objectives.
Requirements9
- 1Master’s degree in management or healthcare administration with five years of administrative leadership experience.
- 2Certifications such as CPC Card or CHPA preferred.
- 3Five or more years of experience in integrated healthcare environments.
- 4Proven financial stewardship and budgeting expertise.
- 5Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks.
- 6Experience in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- 7Excellent communication and leadership skills across diverse teams.
- 8Ability to work in a matrixed environment and influence cross-functional initiatives.
