What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and execute strategic operating plans that drive growth, patient volume, and operational efficiency.
  • 2Own P&L performance for assigned clinics, with accountability for budgets and monthly variance analysis.
  • 3Analyze KPIs like provider productivity and patient volumes to identify gaps and implement solutions.
  • 4Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to optimize billing workflows and reduce claim denials.
  • 5Implement value-based care initiatives to lower costs while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • 6Mentor local practice leaders and build a leadership pipeline through succession planning.
  • 7Optimize staffing models to balance admin and clinical support with provider schedules.
  • 8Oversee onboarding for newly integrated physicians, fellows, and advanced practice providers.
  • 9Enforce compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and federal healthcare laws across all sites.
  • 10Direct risk management programs to resolve patient grievances and boost satisfaction.

Requirements6

  • 15+ years in operations leadership, with 2+ years managing multi-state environments.
  • 2Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA strongly preferred.
  • 3Proven experience partnering with physicians in an integrated network model.
  • 4Strong P&L management with financial expertise in budgeting and forecasting.
  • 5Experience in a matrix organization handling multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • 6Advanced MS Excel skills; intermediate proficiency in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
