What You'll Do16
- 1Initiate and implement operational strategy and acquire new practice sites across multi-specialty divisions
- 2Oversee management and renewal of business contracts and patient experience initiatives
- 3Plan and manage all clinic activities to achieve performance targets and continuous improvement
- 4Develop partnerships with physician leadership and support organizational mission and strategic initiatives
- 5Provide direct and matrix supervision to Ambulatory Practice Managers Operations Directors and Ambulatory Care Nursing Leaders
- 6Oversee 80+ staff 100+ faculty and up to 750 rotating residents
- 7Facilitate integration of new physicians including credentialing orientation and revenue cycle management
- 8Interact with Department Administrators and University partners to support faculty and resident ambulatory practice
- 9Establish communication and positive relationships with physicians to boost engagement and satisfaction
- 10Collaborate with senior administrator to operationalize practice site acquisitions and expansion
- 11Plan and implement strategic initiatives aligned with Banner Corporation goals and vision
- 12Oversee practice technical revenues and ambulatory revenue cycle functions
- 13Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and quality requirements
- 14Manage patient access initiatives and improve appointment flow efficiency
- 15Oversee staff productivity and appropriate staffing levels across locations
- 16Promote collaboration within matrixed team environment across integrated healthcare system
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience plus applicable certifications
- 2Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator CHPA Certified Protection Professional CPP Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter CPCU Associate in Risk Management ARM CPA SPHR Registered Health Information Administrator RHIA Registered Health Information Technologist RHIT Certified Healthcare Facility Manager CFM Certified Coding Specialist CPC CPA JD from ABA accredited school admission to State Bar
- 3Expert-level knowledge of assigned area of responsibility through minimum five years managerial experience including two years management level within healthcare system or large corporate environment
- 4Proven track record of driving performance outcomes and achieving organizational goals
- 5Master’s degree preferred with previous medical practices experience
- 6Strong leadership skills including budget management stakeholder partnership problem resolution strategic goal development human relations communication and continuous improvement
- 7Passion for high-quality patient care service excellence and professional development
