Overview
The Practice Manager oversees daily operations of a large outpatient practice delivering high-quality patient care. This role drives financial efficiency and team success while collaborating with division chiefs and marketing leadership. You will shape culture and strategy across multiple sites.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own financial performance through budget preparation and execution while monitoring payroll and inventory
- 2Review provider documentation to ensure coding accuracy and resolve billing issues
- 3Continuously analyze workflow and implement improvements to boost patient access and outcomes
- 4Lead recruitment and development of physicians and staff with transparent feedback systems
- 5Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and conduct corrective actions
- 6Coordinate physical facility maintenance and equipment needs with internal and external resources
- 7Partner with marketing to build community relationships and promote Banner brand initiatives
- 8Deliver exceptional patient experiences by coaching staff and leading service recovery efforts
- 9Develop strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and financial targets
- 10Collaborate with executives to engage physicians and improve retention
- 11Ensure operational excellence across multi-site practices through proactive management
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration business finance or related field
- 3Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving performance metrics
- 4Strong analytical skills for financial oversight and process optimization
- 5Excellent interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- 6Experience in managed care or integrated delivery networks preferred
- 7Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with flexible scheduling
