What You'll Do12
- 1Direct strategic planning and product development processes including goal setting and operational planning
- 2Partner with internal stakeholders and external entities to establish relationships and evaluate partnership opportunities
- 3Provide strategic context by translating system strategy to regional leaders and educate on market opportunities
- 4Offer strategic advising to senior leaders analyzing market demographics and competitive landscapes
- 5Lead improvements to strategic planning frameworks including analytical models and financial assessments
- 6Collaborate on RFP processes evaluating proposals and supporting senior leadership decisions
- 7Maintain current knowledge of healthcare trends through continuous learning and professional engagement
- 8Provide leadership for multi-project initiatives managing complex business plans simultaneously
- 9Develop market analytics and service line strategies across acute care ambulatory and innovation areas
- 10Analyze data from primary sources to identify growth opportunities and assess feasibility
- 11Act as organization channel for system-wide initiative communication and recommendation dissemination
- 12Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while delivering solutions that enhance patient care
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong knowledge of healthcare planning through five years of process management experience
- 3Advanced analytical and quantitative skills for evaluating growth opportunities
- 4Executive presence with written verbal and presentation abilities for senior audiences
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with AWS Kubernetes environments
- 6Master’s degree preferred with healthcare administration or related field
- 7Experience in human resources finance information technology legal managed care public relations
- 8Understanding of healthcare system strategy mergers acquisitions and joint ventures
- 9Ability to work hybrid schedule Monday Friday with preference for Phoenix East Valley residents
- 10Track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects
