Overview
Gridware seeks a Senior Director leading full stack product strategy for its active grid response platform. This leader will own a growing cross-functional team and drive product vision across hardware and software domains. The role blends operational complexity with strategic growth initiatives.
What You'll Do11

- 7Support go-to-market efforts and product marketing alignment
- 8Integrate NPI/NTI from R&D into durable product solutions
- 9Manage product launches at platform level and full-stack product definition
- 10Operate in environments where software/hardware development are tightly coupled
- 11Maintain rigorous product operating models and cross-functional communication
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 210 years in PM roles with at least 5 years of organizational/team leadership
- 3Experience with IoT platforms sensor data or grid/energy infrastructure
- 4Exposure to AI/ML-powered products requiring legible outputs for non-technical users
- 5Familiarity with utility regulatory environments
- 6Background in products with significant field operations or deployment complexity
- 7Proven ability to drive platform consolidation or product portfolio rationalization

$260 - $290k per year
