Head Technical Product Management, Grid Solutions & Digital Energy
Overview
Own the grid solutions product strategy and technology leadership for a multi-product portfolio at scale. Report to the CTO and partner with platform teams to drive architecture, roadmaps, and delivery at Dallas scale. Work with cross functional teams to align business outcomes with technical execution and create differentiated grid solutions. This role is the second in command to the CTO for Grid Solutions and focuses on strategic technology direction.

- 8Ensure compliance and operational excellence across product lifecycle
- 9Align engineering milestones with business objectives
- 10Act as a technical deputy to the CTO for Grid Solutions
Requirements5
- 15+ years building and leading technical product management for complex B2B products
- 2Proven track record delivering grid, energy, or industrial technology platforms
- 3Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, and commercial teams
- 4Experience with driving architecture and roadmaps for scalable products
- 5Ability to own and explain technical strategy to executive leadership
