Overview
Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives for Front's Core Product Experience team. Own technical execution from problem framing through implementation and iteration. Drive technical direction across the stack and influence architecture for complex workflows. Shape solutions with Product and Design while maintaining a high bar for quality and user experience.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build and evolve inbox, messages, and composer surfaces along with supporting services and systems
- 2Own technical execution from scoping to launch across web desktop mobile and backend infrastructure
- 3Drive decisions and deliver reliably while influencing architecture state management and API design
- 4Champion UX craft and product thinking to improve accessibility and polish
- 5Partner with Product and Design to shape requirements and resolve open questions
- 6Advocate for users and enhance experiences based on feedback and metrics
- 7Collaborate early with cross-functional stakeholders to raise quality and maintainability standards
- 8Improve testing observability and engineering standards across frontend and backend domains
- 9Grow and mentor team members through feedback constructive code reviews and knowledge sharing
- 10Maintain hybrid collaboration model attending weekly in-office sessions
- 11Contribute to a culture of agility continuous learning and ownership

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading complex distributed systems projects
- 35+ years experience with React and Electron
- 42-5 seasons managing multi-team initiatives
- 51 season delivering end-to-end features under ambiguity
- 6Strong fullstack proficiency across client and server layers
- 7Proven ability to lead technical strategy and drive architectural decisions
- 8Excellent communication and mentorship skills
