Semiconductor Field Service Engineer Chandler & DemO
Overview
Own field service delivery for OEM semiconductor equipment at client sites with hands on decontamination, purging, and system shutdowns. You will engage with customers, perform 2D decon checklists, and follow all LOTO and PPE protocols. You will join a team focused on continuous improvement and career development in a global semiconductor services business. This is a on-site role in Chandler with a full benefits package and growth opportunities.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and perform chamber wet cleans and purge gas and liquid lines to prepare tools for maintenance
- 2Document and report Decon activities using the 2D Decon checklist and communicate status to customers
- 3Execute tool shutdowns, power off systems, and follow customer safety procedures including LOTO and PPE
- 4Disconnect and cap gas and liquid lines, remove chamber kits and fore lines, and perform deinstall/install tasks as required
- 5Support daily pre-task planning with customers and collaborate with team to meet schedules and safety standards
Requirements5
- 1Minimum of 5+ years of direct OEM experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or install
- 2Knowledge of PVD CVD EPI Gamma Legacy M and MV-series tools
- 3Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day, stand 8-10 hours, and lift 50-75 pounds
- 4Experience with decon/install/deinstall on OEM equipment and adherence to safety protocols
- 5On-site Chandler Arizona employment with eligible for full benefits and no visa sponsorship
