- 2Manage all on site installation, repair, and maintenance tasks

- 4Produce timely and detailed service reports and expense reports
- 5Document processes and follow field procedures and protocols
- 6Cooperate with technical teams and share information across the organization
- 7Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
- 8Develop positive relationships with customers and drive retention
- 9Tie workflow to schedule
Requirements7
- 1Proficient in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment
- 2English literacy and basic communication skills
- 3Familiarity with basic hand tools
- 4Technical degree or certification in Electronic Engineering Technology or related field
- 5Willingness to travel to customer sites
- 6Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- 7Ability to operate onsite at customer locations
