What You'll Do5

  • 1Build on-site repair, maintenance, and installation services for Lam's electro-mechanical systems at customer sites.
  • 2Diagnose issues to the component level and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
  • 3Provide technical instruction and mentoring to junior engineers
  • 4Assist in field modifications and updates while maintaining records and coordinating activities between Lam and customers
  • 5Troubleshoot customer needs and create action plans to ensure timely resolution

Requirements6

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of experience or Master’s with 3+ years
  • 2Experience with installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment
  • 3Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and operation manuals
  • 4Capable of working in a clean room environment and wearing PPE
  • 5Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work varied shifts including overtime and on-call
  • 6Proficiency with basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
