Partners with senior engineers and service teams to minimize downtime and maximize tool uptime across electrical vacuum mechanical gas and related subsystems. Uses diagnostic software analytics and electrical schematics to drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. This role differentiates by specializing in high-volume ion implant systems and safety driven customer collaboration.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Build, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize semiconductor implant equipment to maximize uptime and productivity
  • 2Diagnose issues using analytic tools schematics and root-cause analysis to reduce downtime within 90 days
  • 3Coordinate with customers and cross functional teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
  • 4Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical mechanical vacuum gas delivery and related subsystems
  • 5Collaborate with senior engineers and technical support to resolve complex equipment issues and drive continuous improvement

Requirements6

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology Mechatronics or equivalent
  • 22-4 years of field service or semiconductor equipment maintenance experience
  • 3Ability to troubleshoot electrical mechanical vacuum pneumatic hydraulic and electronic systems with diagnostic tools
  • 4Experience reading electrical schematics wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
  • 5Exposure to ion implant systems and semiconductor manufacturing equipment
  • 6Strong communication and MS Office skills
