Overview
engineering Field Service Engineer role focused on onsite and remote support for semiconductor test equipment in North America. Own installation, integration, maintenance, and repair of ATE Test Handlers and Wafer Test systems while maintaining strong customer relationships. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and perform on site installations and integrations for ATE test equipment
- 2Diagnose and repair issues to achieve high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- 3Train customers on equipment operation and conduct demonstrations
- 4Prepare and submit detailed service reports and escalation as needed
- 5Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to schedule service calls and optimize coverage
Requirements5
- 1Two year technical college degree or equivalent service/semiconductor experience
- 2Valid USA driver’s license and passport
- 3Covid-19 vaccination certificate and ability to obtain facility clearance
- 4Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 70% on short notice
- 5Experience with electronics, hand tools, and MS Office software
