What You'll Do5

  • 1Build and perform on site installations and integrations for ATE test equipment
  • 2Diagnose and repair issues to achieve high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
  • 3Train customers on equipment operation and conduct demonstrations
  • 4Prepare and submit detailed service reports and escalation as needed
  • 5Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to schedule service calls and optimize coverage

Requirements5

  • 1Two year technical college degree or equivalent service/semiconductor experience
  • 2Valid USA driver’s license and passport
  • 3Covid-19 vaccination certificate and ability to obtain facility clearance
  • 4Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 70% on short notice
  • 5Experience with electronics, hand tools, and MS Office software
