What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service by adhering to site policies and responding to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner
- 2Monitor access to the location, greet and direct visitors, and maintain accurate visitor records
- 3Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and hazards to appropriate personnel
- 4Assist with emergency response activities and follow site-specific procedures
- 5Maintain a professional environment and communicate effectively with clients and visitors
Requirements6
- 1Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Subject to background investigation per federal, state, and local laws
- 4Drug screening as permitted by law
- 5Licensing requirements may be required by state/local regulations
- 6A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
